America's Military Vulnerability, 11/15/18

The ultimate root problem of our military vulnerability is our great list of unrepented sins as a nation that causes God to withdraw the angelic backup we need to be strong.

The scripture makes it clear that holiness is an essential element to military victory for God's people.

Deuteronomy 23:9

“When the army goes out against your enemies, then keep yourself from every wicked thing.

This applies to America because we have a covenant with God as a nation from the Mayflower Compact drafted by the Pilgrim Fathers. The scripture also tells us what happens when God people try to go out to war with unrepented sin. In Joshua 7 God's Word tells us of how Israel was routed before a weak foe, Ai, because of the sin of just one man, Achan. The Psalms speak of it also:

Psalm 44:9 But You have cast us off and put us to shame, And You do not go out with our armies.

Psalm 60:10 Is it not You, O God, who cast us off? And You, O God, who did not go out with our armies

Psalm 108:11 Is it not You, O God, who cast us off? And You, O God, who did not go out with our armies?

Abortion is chief among these sins. I voted for Trump and I would do it again. I support him and I appreciate the things he does well and I am Praying for President Trump. But the deep spiritual compromise he made by signing off on $500 Million for Planned Parenthood so that he could get the military spending he wanted was not wise at all and is hurting us. We need a strong military, but not at the cost of our babies. God cannot bless sin, even when it is well intended.

If the sin of one man, Achan, rendered the army of Israel defenseless before a weak foe like Ai, imagine what the blood of 70 million aborted babies on our hands will do to to America in the face of such military giants as Russia and China, both of whom are prophesied to invade us.

Repent America, or it will get much much worse than it already is. The good news is that God has told me and other prophetic people that Roe v. Wade will be repealed. The question is what will it take to get America to do that. All this is a call to much prayer.
