Tom Deckard is an American messianic Jew who has been prophesying the truth about the judgment of God coming to America for many years. He was set aside to be a prophet from childhood and began to have open visions from the age of eight. His ministry, Cradle of Hope, is based in Mt. Carmel, Illinois.
