Temple Cleansing 2015, 10/7/15

The body of Christ in America has many times been called "the only army in the world that shoots its wounded." Sadly it is true that most of the neediest sheep are shouldered out by the strong as God so clearly says he hates in Ezekiel 34:

Ezekiel 34:3-6 New King James Version (NKJV)

3 You eat the fat and clothe yourselves with the wool; you slaughter the fatlings, but you do not feed the flock. 4 The weak you have not strengthened, nor have you healed those who were sick, nor bound up the broken, nor brought back what was driven away, nor sought what was lost; but with force and cruelty you have ruled them. 5 So they were scattered because there was no shepherd; and they became food for all the beasts of the field when they were scattered. 6 My sheep wandered through all the mountains, and on every high hill; yes, My flock was scattered over the whole face of the earth, and no one was seeking or searching for them.”

Let us not wonder why, as Jesus comes now, he comes with his John 2 temple-cleansing whip in his hand to judge his church:

1 Peter 4:17 New King James Version (NKJV)

17 For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God?

Beginning soon, some spiritual leaders will lose their lives as Jesus cleanses his church. Others will live but lose their ministries. Some of these wayward leaders will die at the hands of their own congregations. The house of Saul ministry will be judged and the house of David ministry will rise to replace it.
