True Heroism, 6/6/15

True heroism is laying one's life down to serve the best interests of others who don't necessarily deserve it, certainly can never repay you, often are ungrateful, and may even despise you, while you pray for them "Father, forgive them for they know not what they do." If we walk this lonely road, then we can become the sons of God:

Matthew 5:44-45 New King James Version (NKJV)

44 But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you,[a] 45 that you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.
