New American Government Thesis

INTRODUCTION

Take heart America, there is hope in troubled times, God loves us and has a glorious plan for us as a nation. Although we are being judged, we do not need to fear that our loving but fearsome and holy God will allow us to be completely destroyed. We are a nation with a covenant with God, who is Love, that stems from our Pilgrim Fathers and because of it we can count on our loving Heavenly Father to bring us, after his judgments have inspired adequate repentance in us, back to him and eventually raise us up to be a stronger and more righteous nation than we ever were in the past. The Lord Jesus Christ, IS GOD in the flesh:

14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

2 By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, 3 and every spirit that does not confess that[a] Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world.

So as God in the flesh, Love in the flesh, and King over all creation, whose will cannot be overcome, Jesus is King over us, the only other nation(so far) who has a covenant with him like Israel does. Thus there is no doubt that he loves us and will have his way with us in the end despite our unruliness as a nation. We are being judged by God for our sin but his intent in doing so is to teach us to live more righteously:

9 …For when Your judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.

In his Love for us, God has a plan to rescue us from ourselves and bring us into the land that he created us as a nation to possess, not just geographically but spiritually, and become a City of Righteousness:

26 I will restore your judges as at the first, and your counselors as at the beginning. Afterward you shall be called the city of righteousness, the faithful city.”

Just as with the Israelites taking Canaan, it will be a fight but by the grace of our God we will surely prevail. We can be of good cheer as we face the very great challenges of the next several years if we keep our eyes on our King and on the vision of what he wants to do with us as a nation. We are destined to be a sheep nation in the last days, one that fights against the Antichrist world government, remains free of it and fights alongside Jesus as he overcomes it. By the grace of God we will return to our love and loyalty to Israel and stand with her against the son of perdition in the last great war:

Ships of the western coastlands will oppose him, and he will lose heart. Then he will turn back and vent his fury against the holy covenant. He will return and show favor to those who forsake the holy covenant.

This term "coastlands" is translated as Cyprus in other translations and that is an accurate use of that Hebrew word at times but clearly not in this case if we look at the context. We see that this place referred to has launched a fleet of ships that is so powerful that it has succeeded in turning back the army of the mighty Antichrist. Surely the tiny island of Cyprus could never muster such military might. Somebody like America is much more realistic. So surely the use of the definition of "western coastlands" is better. And we also know that each passage of scripture has many layers of revelation hidden in it so perhaps it is also legitimate to interpret this passage as referring to lands that lie to the west of the Jerusalem/Israel-centric world. That could include America if that were the case. Indeed it could include all the once British Commonwealth nations.

Scripture speaks of how the Beast will try to fight against the Lord:

Acts 4:26

The kings of the earth took their stand, And the rulers were gathered together Against the Lord and against His Christ.’

Revelation 19:19

And I saw the Beast, the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him who sat on the horse and against His army.

This army obviously includes an earthly army or the Beast and the kings of the earth who are earthly would not know there is an army to fight. The sheep nations are the ones who make up the earthy part of the Lord's army and America is called to be among them, indeed a leader among them I believe.

We already have a trial run in this calling in our history when we fought alongside other Allied nations and by the grace and empowerment of the Living God we defeated the Nazis and the Axis which had risen up in the spirit of antichrist in that time. This is a picture of the anointing that is God's will for us to stand up for truth against that spirit and defeat it and God will use us that way again as we return to him yield to his plan for our future. God is chastising us as a nation for our sin, bringing things like exposure of corruption in The Presidency and a Military Coup, an Assassination, a Coming Russian Invasion, a Civil War and many other judgments from God over the next several years like Killer Wildfires, Tsunamis and Earthquakes and other things. But he will eventually bring us to repentance and restore us, and then our military effectiveness will be greater than ever before, not necessarily out of sheer numbers or technology but because we will be led of God better since we will be a more obedient nation. This will not happen without a deep breaking of our tremendous arrogance and pride as a nation and our yielding to a whole new authority structure from heaven, but it will happen eventually. Then we will be an integral part of the Bride of Christ retaking the earth for God and presenting it to Jesus as he returns to receive that which is his own. To do this we will have to be much stronger than we ever were in the past and God has a plan to do that with us which includes a new and better form of government by which we will live. But just as each of us who has experienced the new birth in Christ has to first own that he was a wretched sinner in need of forgiveness and cleansing before being made a new creation, so we as a nation must first be honest with ourselves about our sin and turn from it before we can receive this promise of a new and better America. This essay is an effort to examine some of the root problems we have as a nation as it pertains to our government and what the solution is.

Some believers already have a revelation of the government of our Glorious King here on earth in the millennium and of its expansion throughout the universe forever in the future:

Of the increase of His government and peace There will be no end, Upon the throne of David[in Jerusalem] and over His kingdom, To order it and establish it with judgment and justice From that time forward, even forever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.

But few have yet received the revelation that in the last days that God will to set up the precursor to this government, not just in the church but in governments of the earth, for Jesus to finalize and capstone when he returns:

44 And in the days of these kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed; and the kingdom shall not be left to other people; it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever.

We can take courage that this is so and that the development of the millennial government will be begin even before Jesus returns. This is possible when we consider that there has to be a process that leads up to the fulfillment of the prophecy that the government of The King will be proclaimed before his return as having taken over the governments of the earth:

Then the seventh angel sounded: And there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!”

To really be able to take ahold of this revelation it is very helpful for us all to be free of various forms of Unbiblical Eschatology especially the false teaching of Pre-Tribulation rapture. We need to instead embrace the True Eschatology that includes the glorious promises of the revelation of the Sons of God and the overcoming Warrior Bride of Christ in the last days. No one teaches and prophesies better on the subject of the Revelation of the Sons of God than the prophet Neville Johnson, a True Prophet Of God of staggering spiritual maturity who walks with God like Enoch did.

The scripture makes it clear that the millennial government will be a System of Judges:

So Jesus said to them, “Assuredly I say to you, that in the regeneration, when the Son of Man sits on the throne of His glory, you who have followed Me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

that you may eat and drink at My table in My kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.”

It is prophesied that the original Exodus 18:13-26 System of Judges will be restored in the last days:

Jesus and Paul taught us that there is really only one law, The Law of Love:

35 Then one of them, a lawyer, asked Him a question, testing Him, and saying, 36 “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?” 37 Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”

Romans 13:8

Owe no one anything except to love one another, for he who loves another has fulfilled the law.

Romans 13:10

Love does no harm to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.

Leadership in establishing a government whose motivation is the one law of love, through the formation of this restoration of the System of Judges that is the pre-cursor to the millennial government, is a huge part of the God-ordained destiny of America. God wants to give us a whole new heart, one of love for him and our fellow man and his creation, as is reflected in the prophecy about Britain. We can be assured of this because we know that this prophecy speaks of Britain whose symbol has long been the lion:

The first was like a lion, and had eagle’s wings. I watched till its wings were plucked off; and it was lifted up from the earth and made to stand on two feet like a man, and a man’s heart was given to it.

But perhaps this prophecy extends also to all the nations that Britain spawned, nations like America, Australia, Canada and New Zealand. All these nations fought with the Allies against the Axis ant the last great antichrist king, Hitler, and I believe they may do so again against the Beast.

This new heart of love is willed for us to have from our Father and his Son, our King. But to have it we must repent from the old heart, the one we currently have. So we, the American church, need to take a proactive role in this direction by Crying Out For America and for him to change our hearts and moving in faith and obedience to bring the Kingdom of God to replace our government and redesign it according to this last days, pre-millennial precursor government structure. In order to do that we need to be willing to let go of our old way of government and seek God for the new. If we make an honest, biblical evaluation of our government in America up to this point it will not be so hard to leave it behind and move into something better.

As a nation we are the only other country on earth at this time that has a covenant with God as does Israel. This covenant comes from our Pilgrim Fathers who settled this land and dedicated it to God. This covenant does not so much come from the American Founding Fathers as many have been misled to believe, although in fairness they did reinforce it to a small extent. Because of this covenant and many good values from the Pilgrim Fathers, we, as a nation, were once much more godly than we are today. The Pilgrim Fathers were not perfect and God has a relationship with him in store for us that is much better than what they had, but they did many things well that we inherited from them. But to the extent that we had a godly inheritance from them we have forsaken it as a nation. Thus Isaiah has well prophesied of us:

The Degenerate City

It was full of justice;

Righteousness lodged in it,

But now murderers.

22 Your silver has become dross,

Your wine mixed with water.

23 Your princes are rebellious,

And companions of thieves;

Everyone loves bribes,

And follows after rewards.

They do not defend the fatherless,

Nor does the cause of the widow come before them.

24 Therefore the Lord says,

The Lord of hosts, the Mighty One of Israel,

“Ah, I will rid Myself of My adversaries,

And take vengeance on My enemies.

25 I will turn My hand against you,

And thoroughly purge away your dross,

And take away all your alloy.

26 I will restore your judges as at the first,

And your counselors as at the beginning.

Afterward you shall be called the city of righteousness, the faithful city.”

Indeed we truly have become a harlot with our lust as a nation for wealth and hedonistic pleasure. Among our countless sins we are murdering our unborn children, 60 Million Innocent Babies, for convenience and approving of the abomination of sodomy, which is a form of worship to Satan. But this passage of scripture contains not only the temporary reality of where we are at today, but it also holds the more eternal truth of where God will take us in the future:

God will surely bring this to pass but in order for us to get there we have to face the ugly realities of where we are at today. Just as a cancer patient has to know that he has cancer before he can contemplate what course of treatment to choose to become well, or as an alcoholic has to admit he has a problem before he can get sober, so we have no choice but to humbly and honestly evaluate our problems before we can strike out on the road to recovery. And to recover we have to get to there original root of the problem. One can only truly remove a weed by getting the roots out, not just by removing the part of the plant that is above ground. Digging out he root is always the issue for true restoration to occur.

THE PROBLEM

Before I say anything else I want to say that although I do not believe that our government was designed as perfectly I believe as most Americans do, I absolutely believe that there were many good points to the original design as it was in the early days of the nation. For instance, I am a strong believer in the value and great wisdom of the Second Amendment and the Fourth Amendment. I appreciate that the Founding Fathers built these into the original Constitution. I believe that the Founding Fathers were a group of men who were a mixture, some being very good men whose influence resulted in the good things like the Second and Fourth Amendments, but also other men who were not as good as the popular version of our history has led most to believe. Another excellent thing that the Founding Fathers wrote into the original Constitution was the requirement that only silver and gold were to be used as money. This is totally biblical since silver and gold are God’s money:

8 ‘The silver is Mine, and the gold is Mine,’ says the Lord of hosts.

In re-examining the weaknesses of the Constitution we would not want to throw out this valuable element that the Founding Fathers did well. So although I respect and appreciate the good things we inherited from the good part of the legacy stemming from the good men of the group, for the purposes of seeking to root out hidden problems in the formation of the government which, with time have resulted in the very serious problems that we see today, I will make more emphasis on the dark underbelly of our government's origins that I believe we must face and correct in order to have governmental heath in the nation. But please do not mistakenly interpret what I say about the problems to mean I have no respect for the virtues of the government the Founding Fathers fashioned. That would be destructive what I hope to be a common goal of developing a government that is better still, much better.

In our time many are beginning to acknowledge that our American government is grossly failing and are beginning to grope and hope for answers to the dilemma. Most are lost in the dilemna we face as we watch the massive disintegration of our governmental system which we have been raised to think of as the greatest in the history of man. People need to know that God has an answer to this and there is much hope for us in the long run, although in the short term we have a deep baptism of suffering to endure and a deep and sincere repentance to offer to God for our many sins as a nation. Without this great Cry For America there would be no hope but our God will bring us to that point eventually. Some of our oldest and deepest sins as a people have to do with our idolatrous self-image as a nation and deep roots of occultism in our government. We need to embrace the hope that God is at work to bring correction to the problems and healing to our culture and government. But we need to take a sober attitude about the reality of our situation and how we got here in order to move into something better. One of the most important things for us to embrace is the hope and confidence that God is a progressive God who is always moving his people forward and is not stuck in the past. But we need to humble ourselves and acknowledge our very great sins that have brought us to the brink of utter destruction and repent to God. We need to let him show us a new way and not remain married to our old system of government as if God were someone who cannot do any better than to resurrect an old republic that was designed over 200 hundred years ago by fallen men. The fact is that even a full return to the true republican design of the original Constitution would not come close to resolving our governmental ills because today we face issues that the Founding Fathers never could have dreamed of and absolutely could not and did not provide for. We need a new constitution. God is infinitely wise and is not tied to our past as a nation and we are foolish if we try to pack him into the box of what we are familiar with and admiring of when he is capable of creating something new and so much better. We do not need to throw out the parts that are truly biblical but we do need to correct the problems that have led to where we are today and let God lead us into new territory.

While it is true that some of the Founding Fathers were genuine christian believers, men like George Washington, we need to be honest about the whole picture there. Many American christians believe that the Founding Fathers were, as a whole, a group of bible-believing christians who designed the government with much leading from the Holy Spirit. This is in fact a serious departure from the facts. The reality is that a great many of them, perhaps as many as 44 out of the 56 signers of the Declaration of Independence, the foundational document of the government of the United States, were involved in 'illuminated' occult fraternities, a.k.a. Satanic religions/cults, like the Freemasons or the Illuminati or the Rosicrucians. These secret societies are Satanic at their core, with the highest levels of these cults consciously worshiping Lucifer as God. The idea of America was the brainchild of Sir Francis Bacon, the British Prime Minister under Queen Elizabeth, a Rosicrucian seeker of forbidden knowledge and demonic revelation who created what we now call the Scientific Method based on what he was taught by wicked spirits of the demonic realm with whom he consulted. His design of America was not that she be a christian nation but rather a Rosicrucian Nation. It was his plan for America that the 'illuminated ' signers of the Declaration were seeking to carry out. Bacon was long dead by the time of the Declaration but his plan lived on in the 'illuminated' fraternities. In fact the United States was intended by Bacon and these occultists to be the “New Atlantis,” a resurrection of the ancient occult culture which God judged in the flood, a culture dominated by fallen angel 'wisdom' and technology. This is why we have an ancient Egyptian occult symbol, the obelisk, as the Washington Monument and the city of Washington D.C. is laid out in the pattern of a pentagram, an ancient symbol of witchcraft, and the Great Seal of the United States is an occult symbol. The reality is that although, yes, we have a very real christian inheritance from the Pilgrim Fathers who originally settled the land we now call America, our governmental roots are occult as well as christian. An excellent source of accurate information on these matters is the research of believing researcher/filmmaker Chris Pinto in his excellent documentaries like "Secret Mysteries of America's Beginnings: The New Atlantis". These Satanic cults are often referred to, by those who do not adequately understand their true Satanic worship nature, as 'Secret Societies.' These cults are entirely evil at their cores and murderous in their guarding of their secrets. Speaking out against them as he did in his Secret Society Speech, is what got President John F. Kennedy Assassinated.

These Satanic cult roots in our government are so deep that even George Washington, who was one of the genuine christians in the ranks of the Founding Fathers, dabbled in Freemasonry and was given a ‘grand' masonic funeral in the masonic temple in Washington D.C.. I do not believe that he got deep into the cult activity. An excellent source of accurate information on these matters is the very fine research and watchman ministry of Dr. Tom Horn, especially his lecture on the The Lost Symbol. I believe that Washington was a true believer in God and later repented for this mixture in his life. John Adams, one of the chief architects of the American form of government, took a great deal of his inspiration for framing government from the Roman Empire, a demonic occult culture. This can be verified by reading the best biography on Adams ever written, John Adams, by David McCollough, one of our finest historians. These occultic influences are evident down through the history of our government. Adams, at least at that time in his life, was a deist who touted the humanistic belief of 'reason' as the supreme guiding influence rather than faith in a supernatural God. One can learn more about this and the errant beliefs of other Founding Fathers from the excellent documentary by Chris Pinto, The Hidden Faith of the Founding Fathers. And later on, even Abraham Lincoln, perhaps our godliest president ever, participated in the occult by default by allowing his wife, Mary Todd Lincoln, to conduct seances (Gary Beaton: Youtube: min. 20:05-23:25) in the White House. So we see that in our governmental history, as in Matthew 13:24-43, that Satan succeeded in sowing many occult tares among the wheat of the true godly inheritance we truly do have from our Pilgrim Fathers. We need not say that there was no virtue at all in the Founding Fathers but we need to be a lot more honest about their failures so that the mistakes they made, which opened the door to our present disgraceful situation, can be rectified. One of our very finest American Prophets, Gary Beaton, has obeyed the Lord in taking these matters into the heavenly courts in his profoundly important Prophetic Proclamation at Faneuil Hall. But this is only the beginning of what we need to do, there is very much work to be done yet.

An honest examination of the very first document of the founding of the U.S. government clearly shows how problematic this occult mixture amongst the Founding Fathers was. The Word of God is our standard by which we are to judge the words and actions of the Founding Fathers so let’s take a look at some of our proudly-held national/governmental beliefs in the light what God says.

The second sentence of the Preamble to the Declaration of Independence reads:

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."

This contains in it the bold and audacious claim that "all men are created equal." This claim absolutely cannot be supported by scripture but rather is refuted by scripture which very clearly shows that not all are given the same amount of original endowments:

…For everyone to whom much is given, from him much will be required; and to whom much has been committed, of him they will ask the more.

Obviously the Lord could not refer to those to whom much is given, clearly implying there are those to whom less is given, if all have received the same amount. But this idea of 'equality ' has, by virtue of our idolatry of this document, become an idol itself in the hearts of American. This problem was evident even from the very earliest stages of America's existence as demonstrated by this famous and very prophetic quote from a well-renowned voice of the time:

“Americans are so enamored of equality that they would rather be equal in slavery than unequal in freedom.” -Alexis de Tocqueville

And this is exactly what has happened to us as a nation due to the sowing of this tare among the wheat: this false construct introduced into our culture by the occultic side of our heritage from the Founding Fathers. This is an obvious evidence that the Founding Fathers were not adhering to biblical principle in their formation of the foundational documents of our nation.

The Word of God, not the Declaration and of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, is the authoritative document on governmental matters.

Romans 13:1 New King James Version (NKJV)

Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God.

This passage of scripture clearly teaches us that the authority to govern comes from God.

However, the third sentence of the Declaration reads:

"That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed."

This is a direct contradiction to the biblical teaching of Romans 13:1, which, again, says that “…there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God." This shows us that the Founding Fathers did not fully believe what the bible teaches about where the authority to govern comes from. This problem also clearly shows that the Founding Fathers were not as led by the Holy Spirit as many American christians believe them to have been. The same Holy Spirit who led the apostle Paul to write that all governmental authority comes from God would never have led the Founding Fathers to write that governments get their right to govern from the people.

The very next sentence of the Declaration is a very transparent and totally unbiblical claim that the they had a God-given right to rebel against God-given authority:

"That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."

This claim is a direct contradiction to scripture:

2 Therefore whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God, and those who resist will bring judgment on themselves.

This likewise is clearly not the work of Holy Spirit and men led by him, it is in fact rebellion. When God moves to create a new authority he anoints someone to do it with true authority from him that gives him the absolute right to do it. Someone in this position does not to make rebellious statements that defy the authority of the Word of God as did the Founding Fathers in their spirit of rebellion. God chose Jehu to participate in His plan to judge Ahab and Jezebel, indeed he had Jezebel killed, and became king in Ahab’s stead but it came by a legitimate anointing from God performed by the prophet Elijah:

Also you shall anoint Jehu the son of Nimshi as king over Israel…

But the Founding Father’s did not cite any such biblical authorization from God to create a new government but claimed the right to rebel and took up arms. There is no record of the Founding Fathers fasting and praying for guidance from God as to how to form a new government without rebelling, they simply did what they wanted to do whether it was biblical or not. This is not the behavior of men led by the Holy Spirit. The only statement the made that really points to God is full of spiritual confusion and the spirit of entitlement. It mentions the “Laws of Nature” as more the primary authority and secondary to them, “Nature’s God” which may or may not be the One True God and claims entitlement with no mention whatsoever of moral obligation:

"When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation."

This is not the work of the Holy Spirit. He is not confused about the fact that God himself is supreme over the nature that he created and he does not need to raise himself up in pride in an entitlement spirit to defend his actions. What the Founding Fathers wrote is an obvious self-justification of a rebellion that God had not authorized them to carry out. There is no question that God had a plan to create a new nation on this land but we must repent of our rebellion and arrogance in claiming that the Founding Father's had the right to do it in a way the was not submitted to God’s plan. And we err by upholding the rebellious way in which they carried it out. There is no hope whatsoever for us to fulfill our destiny as a nation as long as we deify the actions of these men as if it were directed by God so perfectly when it was so obviously full of sin. Only repentance from these things will get us the good things God wants to give us.

The Revolutionary War lasted for eight years and cost the colonies 25,000 lives and 25,000 wounded in military causalities. This does not count any civilian casualties that undoubtedly occurred. This is not the fruit of obedience but rather and indication of how we were fighting rebelliously when God had a peaceable transition available that the Founding Fathers did not seek him to find and carry out. These many deaths were a result of the principle we have already seen from the scripture, in Romans 13:2, that “those who resists the ordnance of God [God-given governmental authority] will bring judgment on themselves.” Just because God in his great mercy, grace and patience, helped the colonial armies does not mean that war born out of rebellion was his plan for forming a new nation. We cannot afford to claim the blessing of God on things we obviously need to repent for as a nation when there was sin at the roots of our national birth.

We have covenant with God from our inheritance from the Pilgrim Fathers who settled this land and dedicated it to God. God clearly honored this covenant by helping us form a new nation despite our rebellious approach in how we did that. So it follows from that that we have a destiny as a nation that God is committed to helping us fulfill. Having a destiny includes issues such as growth and maturity and godly spiritual advancement. We have to respect that God is always moving to bring us forward. There is nothing wrong with honoring the things that were good from the Founding Fathers because in fairness there was some good. It would not be honest to say that the Founding Fathers did not make an improvement on the form of government they inherited under the British monarchy because they did. But we can’t continue to deify them as if they were perfect and created the greatest government imaginable. Just because the Constitution was an improvement on the oppression the colonies were suffering under the British monarchy does not mean we have to stay married to it forever as if God cannot improve on it. If we believe that the Founding Fathers improved on what they inherited then why do we refuse to believe that we, with God’s direction, can improve on what we likewise inherited from them? God longs to show us the way to do just that but we are stuck because we have fallen into worshiping our version of history and idolizing ourselves as the greatest nation in the history of the earth.

This country worships itself. Americans make no hesitation in declaring ourselves the ‘greatest nation in the history of earth’ without any biblical or prophetic word to provide authority to do so. While clearly it is true that we have been the wealthiest of all time it is not true that we have been the most powerful. Under Queen Victoria the British Empire had a hegemony that far outstripped any we have ever had when the tiny British Isles controlled massive parts of the Mid-East, Africa, India, China and all of Australia. America could never honestly claim to have controlled that much territory. The scripture very clearly tells us that God’s favorite land and people is Israel. He calls Israel HIS people and HIS land:

I will also gather all nations, And bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat; And I will enter into judgment with them there On account of My people, My heritage Israel, Whom they have scattered among the nations; They have also divided up My land.

God has said of Israel he will l bless those how bless them and curse those who curse them:

Genesis 12:3

I will bless those who bless you, And I will curse him who curses you; And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”

This is an awesome indication of his favor on the people and land of Israel, but he did not say it to us. Who do we think we are calling ourselves 'the greatest nation in the history of earth?' The answer is we are terribly proud and arrogant.

The Joel 3:2 passage above is but one of many passages where God clearly calls Israel HIS land, a word he speaks over no other patch real estate on earth. It very clearly shows his very fierce jealousy of Israel. In fact it is only our past godly attitude toward Israel and the Jews that had allowed us to be so blessed in this nation: another evidence that he much favors her over us. So there is no biblical basis for calling ourselves ‘the greatest nation on earth’ nor has there ever been any prophetic declaration by any true prophet stating that God sees us this way. Indeed the scripture warns us to not be proud over Israel:

19 You will say then, “Branches were broken off that I might be grafted in.” 20 Well said. Because of unbelief they were broken off, and you stand by faith. Do not be haughty, but fear. 21 For if God did not spare the natural branches, He may not spare you either. 22 Therefore consider the goodness and severity of God: on those who fell, severity; but toward you, goodness, if you continue in His goodness. Otherwise you also will be cut off.

Yet we have, in our very-great self idolatry, assigned ourselves this position of greatness over Israel unapologetically. Our betrayal of her and our claim that we are so much greater than her are obviously the work of our self-worshiping delusion. We need to repent from this.

This self-idolatry is also clearly manifest in our worship massive graven images dedicated to the nation itself and it heroes. This is an obvious evidence of our of great self-idolatry as a nation. This idolatry, as evidenced through graven images, is a serious violation of true moral principle as reflected by the Ten Commandments:

4 “You shall not make for yourself a carved image—any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; 5 you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me

We have committed this sin almost from the very beginning of our nation’s history. Many might argue that we do not literally bow in worship to them. In fairness it is true that we as a people do not practice the physical bowing of our bodies to our national idols like Mt. Rushmore or the Washington or Lincoln Memorial statues or the Statue of Liberty. However, no one who is being honest can deny that we bow in our hearts to these idols. The inscription above the statue of Lincoln at his memorial reads: “In this TEMPLE, as in the hearts of the people for whom he saved the union, the memory of Abraham Lincoln is ENSHRINED forever.” Temples and shrines are places of WORSHIP. This is as obvious a proof of our National Idolatry as you could want. We worship ourselves as a nation. Just look at our behavior as a nation as we have rebelliously reacted to the wake-up calls God has given us. When 9/11 happened we had a great chance to repent and turn from our sin, to humbly accept that God had allowed it to turn us from our sin. What did we do? We did just the opposite: we defiantly beat our chests and declared that we were mighty righteous America and we were going to punish the terrorists that dared to touch us. Not to mention the fact that conspiratorial elements of our own government were in on it. We acted extremely arrogantly, we proudly rattled our sabers and ran out to fight with the arm of the flesh the very people that God had raised up as his vessels of discipline against us because of our sin. What that means is that we are so invested in our self-righteous, self-worshiping image of ourselves as a nation that we chose to actually fight against God’s effort to help us turn from our wicked ways and turn to peace and blessing. We chose instead to unrepentantly claim our own self-righteousness. This is an abundantly obvious evidence of our looming self-idolatry as a nation. We claim to be a christian nation but we love our system of government and the graven images of men more than we love God. Americans all over the country think nothing of making long pilgrimages to Washington D.C. or to Mt. Rushmore in North Dakota to wonder at the great graven image icons of the Founding Fathers and other men considered national heroes according to our version of history. By and large they do not do this to glorify God and thank him for his blessings, they do it to worship America as a god. But do we consider any of the great men of God from the past like Jonathan Edwards, Charles Finney, D.L. Moody or John G. Lake as national heroes? No, we surely do not, and the reason is that we do not value the Kingdom of God more than our national pride. This is obvious evidence of our culturally accepted and approved idolatry of ourselves as a nation and of our Founding Fathers and our government. We also treasure and worship blatantly occult/pagan images like the Statue of Liberty, a Greek goddess, and the Washington Monument, an obelisk, an ancient occult symbol.

There is no hope whatsoever for us to have any kind of stability or peace or prosperity without repenting sincerely and completely from this idolatry. We have to be honest with ourselves for what we have been doing to violate God’s principles. As a nation we are so in love with ourselves that we honestly think we do not have to do things God’s way because we are Americans and 'America is the greatest nation in the history of earth.' That it is how great we think we are. But God is exposing that lie with increasing clarity every day. We need to be honest about our governmental structure’s limitations.

We have the prophecy of Neville Johnson(Youtube: min. 36:50-37:35), a prophet of tremendous maturity and authority, a man who walks like Enoch, that not only will there be re-institution of the old constitution, but that also there will be New American Constitution. So obviously there will ultimately be a change from the old original republic as we have known it. The old republic goes with the old constitution, we cannot have a new constitution and still have the old republic. So perhaps the prophecy that there will be a return to the old republic is a temporary stage in the process of God eventually bringing us to a new constitution. The word from Neville Johnson is a profound confirmation to me of what God showed me in 2001, that we would have a new government. Until we reach the time when we can write the new constitution, a return to the old republic is definitely an improvement but we must not park there. Since the Lord has spoken it there is obviously much value in an effort to return to the old republic as a part of this journey but the word about the new constitution is the one to focus on for our long term health. God would not be telling us that he will give us a new constitution if he wanted us to park in the old republic. If we make the old republic our goal in the governmental arena we will fall short of what God wants to do.

So many American christians believe erroneously that if we could just return to the original Constitution and old Republic as it was originally designed to be, that we would then be fine. This is a common sentiment and very appealing to the hearts of many since the vast majority of us are still bound in the self-idolatry of the nation, but it is not true. The fact is the Founding Fathers had absolutely no frame of reference for the kinds of issues we face in these times. Let’s look at a few examples: They instituted what to them was a great new provision of ‘freedom of religion’ out of a reaction to religious oppression they had suffered. But the most generous possible way to interpret their idea of ‘freedom of religion’ was that they all were free to chose which stream of Judeo-Christian belief they preferred. To clarify, this freedom of religion was for them to choose to be Quaker or Calvinist or Methodist or Baptist, etc. They may not have been thinking about other non-Judeo-Christians religions at all. But that is a huge issue for us today. They had no frame of reference for today’s realities of a world totally interconnected by travel and communication. They could not have conceived of a Jihadist boarding a plane in Iran and being on American soil with 24 hours and using their ‘freedom of religion’ provisions to practice a religion that desires to murder any christian that does not convert to Islam. To them, creating the right to bear ball and powder muskets was a huge leap forward in securing a way for the people to avoid oppression. They had no frame of reference for what we face with a surveillance society governed by a police state and nuclear, energy, biological and chemical weapons like what our domestic and foreign enemies have. They created government for the time they were in and in fairness it may have worked better than many others for a period of time. But that time is over and we do ourselves great damage to try to maintain a system that is so incapable of meeting the challenges we face in our time. It is a government that relies on the use of the carnal mind and the soul to frame laws that will supposedly provide for the needs of the people. This is a grossly inadequate approach to the challenges of today, we need a theocracy that is led by men who hear from God and follow his leading. Only such a government can provide justly for the almost infinite variety of individual needs of individual situations, each of which has its own nuances.

God showed me back in 2002 that we would have a "new government"(my words at the time). Neville Johnson prophesied at the Lancaster Prophetic Conference in 2014 that we would have a "new constitution"(his words). I was there in the meeting where he prophesied that. Clearly it was the same prophetic word. I was thrilled at the confirmation from Neville's great authority after 12 years prophesying it alone for the most part. I hope we all agree that from the Mayflower Compact, written by the Pilgrim Fathers in 1620, that we have a covenant with God as a people/land/nation that precedes the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. If you are not yet of that view then please look at the document and I believe you will see that what I say is true: (Mayflower Compact).

So as a covenant people we are called and obliged to do things God's way and obey his Word and principles.

The first phrase of the First Amendment says:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion..."

This has resulted in the practice of all manner of false religions being protected, all manner of gods being worshiped on American soil. This includes the Satanic and Luciferian cults that are behind the abortion agenda - There have been 60-70 Million Innocent Unborn Babies Slaughtered - and are at the root of the Deep State at work in the government that is seeking to destroy the nation.

But the bible says:

Psalm 81:9 New King James Version (NKJV)

9 There shall be no foreign god among you;

Nor shall you worship any foreign god.

When we consider that we as a nation are a covenant people just like Israel to whom the Psalm was spoken, I hope we agree that we need to obey the Word of God. So what then do we do with our Constitution that most patriots in our nation worship as if it were perfect and God-breathed but is clearly imperfect? By the way I LOVE the Second Amendment especially and the Fourth Amendment too. But clearly the first phrase of the First Amendment flies in the face of God's Word. And when we consider that the Luciferian cults, the Satanic cults, Islam and plenty of other demonic cults operate in our nation and are allowed to exist here in violation of Psalm 81:9 and are protected by the First Amendment, the answer is clear. We need to re-write the Constitution and make it agree with biblical principle. Just as Israel was called to do, so we need to rid American soil of all worship of any gods other than the One True God, the Author of Life, the author of the bible. Since we are a covenant people we can expect to continue to be judged for the practice of false religion until we repent of this as a nation and drive out the cults. I for one would very much appreciate and support a new constitution that agreed with Psalm 81:9 and gave a us a legal, constitutional foundation for driving all false religions off of American soil. We need to understand that this first phrase of the First Amendment was not designed by christian Founding Fathers to protect the religious freedom of Judeo-Christian citizens of the nation. It was, in fact, designed by the Luciferians among Founding Fathers and put into the Constitution with evil intent. Its purpose was to provide protection for those same satanic cults, for them to practice their evil satanic religion on American soil. And today those tares sown in amongst the wheat of the good things in the Constitution, have come to maturity.

So, since I am one to whom the word that we will have a new Constitution has been entrusted, I ask you, my fellow believers in America, that we engage in prayerful dialogue about this matter. I do not pretend to have all the answers about how we need to correct the Constitution to please God. But I am sure about this one. I am praying for more light on the matter. If we will fast and pray and seek our God for the answers, he will surely give them. May our God lead and help us with this serious matter and give us the wisdom we need to write a new and better Constitution. Any honest appraisal of our government has to admit that there are obviously weaknesses in the original Constitution and Republic that left the door open for it to devolve into the mess we have today. Any failure to acknowledge this can only be characterized as just plain dishonesty. If the original Republican model were so perfect as we have believed then it would have maintained stability and health and we should have a healthy structure today. But it could not because it was sown not just as wheat but also as tares from the enemy. Clearly it was not so perfect and we need to look at this honestly and seek God for a better way.

THE SOLUTION

God is the architect of all governmental principle and is more than capable of leading his people to build a governmental structure that is biblicly sound and will not be vulnerable to the disintegration we are witnessing happen in the U.S. government right now. It's time we repent of our national sin of idolizing our form of government and turn to God to seek his face for his design of a government from heaven. The scriptures give us the template for our new government: the Exodus 18:13-26 System of Judges.

This is the biblical account of the formation of the System of Judges:

13 And so it was, on the next day, that Moses sat to judge the people; and the people stood before Moses from morning until evening. 14 So when Moses’ father-in-law saw all that he did for the people, he said, “What is this thing that you are doing for the people? Why do you alone sit, and all the people stand before you from morning until evening?”

15 And Moses said to his father-in-law, “Because the people come to me to inquire of God. 16 When they have a difficulty, they come to me, and I judge between one and another; and I make known the statutes of God and His laws.”

17 So Moses’ father-in-law said to him, “The thing that you do is not good. 18 Both you and these people who are with you will surely wear yourselves out. For this thing is too much for you; you are not able to perform it by yourself. 19 Listen now to my voice; I will give you counsel, and God will be with you: Stand before God for the people, so that you may bring the difficulties to God. 20 And you shall teach them the statutes and the laws, and show them the way in which they must walk and the work they must do. 21 Moreover you shall select from all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them to be rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens. 22 And let them judge the people at all times. Then it will be that every great matter they shall bring to you, but every small matter they themselves shall judge. So it will be easier for you, for they will bear the burden with you. 23 If you do this thing, and God so commands you, then you will be able to endure, and all this people will also go to their place in peace.”

24 So Moses heeded the voice of his father-in-law and did all that he had said. 25 And Moses chose able men out of all Israel, and made them heads over the people: rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens. 26 So they judged the people at all times; the hard cases they brought to Moses, but they judged every small case themselves.

This is the governmental structure that God used to rule over his people from this time until Samuel's time when they rebelled against God and rejected it. It was a government created by God through his anointed chosen leader, the prophet Moses, with help from his wise old father-in-law. In America we are indoctrinated by the school system as little children to espouse the ideal that we have a government “of the people, by the people and for the people.” This is a dominant and idolatrous value in our culture and is openly espoused by many prominent christian leaders. But in fact it is totally unbiblical. The only time the scripture talks about the people having a government of their own choosing, God calls it “wickedness.” Scripture clearly teaches that the System of Judges is God’s chosen form of government for his people and that he calls departure from it “wickedness.” We know this because he established it under Moses in Exodus 18:13-26 and never wanted his people to depart from it. This is confirmed by the fact that when the Israelites rejected it and chose to have a king, God called their action a rejection of himself and his rule. The scripture shows this with absolute clarity:

And the Lord said to Samuel, “Heed the voice of the people in all that they say to you; for they have not rejected you, but they have rejected Me, that I should not reign over them.”

So the rejection of the System of Judges is equivalent to a rejection of God himself. God called the choosing of a king, a government other than the System of Judges, “great wickedness”:

“Is today not the wheat harvest? I will call to the Lord, and He will send thunder and rain, that you may perceive and see that your wickedness is great, which you have done in the sight of the Lord, in asking a king for yourselves.”

So we see God calling it “wickedness” when the Israelites departed from the System of Judges and chose for themselves what form of government they would have. Clearly God sees the use of the System of Judges as an acceptance of his rule over his people and the use of any other form of government a rejection of his rule and calls it wickedness. We should not doubt that this is an accurate interpretation of these scriptures since this principle is clearly upheld in another portion of God's word:

3 Israel has rejected the good; the enemy will pursue him. 4 “They set up kings, but not by Me; they made princes, but I did not acknowledge them…

So clearly God condemns the practice of the people choosing kings for themselves as I they began to do in 1Samuel. And we need to be honest about the principle of what God is getting at here. One can expect the typical American, America-worshiping mindset to respond that a president is not a king but obviously what God is dealing with is the principle of a chief governmental leader in general not some technical distinction between a monarchy versus a republic or democracy.

The American form of government contains dangerous deception, tares among the wheat sowed by the enemy, which, in the time we are in, are growing to full maturity and serving to create serious problems in our country. The Founding fathers created a government, and thereby a prevailing mindset, that tells people they have rights to many good things without any call to morality. The second sentence of the Preamble to the Declaration of Independence says:

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."

But a careful examination of the Declaration shows that the framers of this document never associate these rights with adherence to morality in any way at all. Notice that they do not talk at all about the law of love and our privilege and obligation to God and to our fellow man to love God and one another. They do not write about the joy and humility of laying down our lives in service to one another but rather they speak of the entitlement of the individual. This is because they were not operating on the leading of God or on any sound biblical principle when they said this. The fact is that the motivating belief behind statements like this was the notion of ‘liberty,” a spiritually rebellious counterfeit of True Freedom that was espoused by the prevailing occult philosophy of the time. This is the same concept that spawned the French Revolution and the incredibly wicked fruit that was produced there. Our statue of ‘Lady Liberty’ was a gift from the French and a copy of an idol they erected to their ideal of unrestrained ‘libertine’ behavior. The original had wine flowing from its breasts. ‘Liberty’ is a Satanic perversion of freedom which is nothing more than a license for men to throw off moral restraint and to do whatever they want, in short: rebellion and hedonism and self-indulgence. The Word of God speaks of this spirit, a spirit that wants to be free to do whatever it wants without being accountable to God’s moral standards:

2 Why do the nations rage,

And the people plot a vain thing?

2 The kings of the earth set themselves,

And the rulers take counsel together,

Against the Lord and against His Anointed, saying,

3 “Let us break Their bonds in pieces

And cast away Their cords from us.”

So we see that the Founding Fathers were not just displaying an inadequate rendering of truth but actually a bold espousal of defiance of true moral principle. Is this rebellious, self-indulgence not the prevailing wind of our culture today? Is it any wonder that our nation and government are falling part completely? No, indeed the wonder is that it took this long so happen when these wicked tares have been festering in the field of our government and culture all this time. Bacon's dream for the "New Atlantis" is being fulfilled. It is only the grace of God and the godly inheritance that we have from the Pilgrim Fathers that has kept a measure of righteousness in our culture. The good news is that the wheat has been maturing too and we will reap the harvest of a whole new and better government: a new constitution. But we cannot afford to claim this supposed great godliness of the Founding fathers that so many want to believe. To do so is in fact an idolatry of those men and our government and is one of greatest national sins that we need repent for.

The promises of blessings from God are available to those who submit to the authority of God and OBEY God and not to just anyone who does whatever he wants. But the framers of the Declaration and the Constitution told the people they are entitled to all manner of protections and privileges without any admonition as to the reality that God’s blessings and favor come from obedience to his immutable absolute moral standards. Again, this is not the work of the Holy Spirit, this is the work of the carnal mind and of the enemy of our souls. This thinking is clung to religiously by the vast majority of Americans, including believers, and God is at work to expose its deceptiveness. It is not God’s way to lead the creators of new governments to espouse rebellious principles and reject sound moral principle: that is the work of the enemy.

God said he would restore the System of Judges:

I will restore your judges as at the first and your counselors as at the beginning. Afterward you shall be called the city of righteousness, the faithful city.

I hope all true believers in America wish that as a nation we could become a “city of righteousness, the faithful city.” Since we have the prophetic word of how God desires to return his people to his chosen form of government we need to pray it in from heaven and move toward it by faith, agreeing with what God has spoken he will do. In this country we have been indoctrinated by the government, through the school system, to believe that our government is the greatest of all time but clearly God does not agree. We would be wise to repent of worshiping ourselves this way and move towards God’s plan for government. Praise God for the authority structure from heaven, the System of Judges.

In saying, "at the beginning" it is obvious that his prophecy from Isaiah points to the Judges System in its original form in Exodus, which is without any laws. The System of Judges predates and does not require the Law, which was not given until later chapters Exodus. We know this also because we see that Moses judged the people by the spirit of God before the Law was given:

14 So when Moses’ father-in-law saw all that he did for the people, he said, “What is this thing that you are doing for the people? Why do you alone sit, and all the people stand before you from morning until evening?” 15 And Moses said to his father-in-law, “Because the people come to me to inquire of God. 16 When they have a difficulty, they come to me, and I judge between one and another; and I make known the statutes of God and His [unwritten spiritual] laws.”

So we see that Moses was making judgments according to God’s unwritten spiritual laws by wisdom and the leading of the Spirit, who is Love, before the written Law was ever given. So none can argue that the System of Judges necessarily includes the Law. While surely all who believe the Word of God understand that God rules by perfect spiritual laws that are written in heaven alone, many hold up the idea of the 'rule of (earth-written man-made)law' as if it were some great godly thing that God is so into. However the fact is Satan loves laws and brought them into the world in a demonic/pagan culture through thee Code of Hammurabi before Moses was even born. He loves to use them to oppress and enslave people which is the very opposite of God's heart for us. Satan has no love or wisdom, only his memory of God's perfect heavenly laws from when he was in heaven. Now he wishes to pervert those perfect heavenly laws and thereby enslave man with imperfect written codes. It is by laws that the enemy accuses us as he loves to do. He loves to build legal systems to enslave people from his throne of iniquity in the second heaven and God tells us to have nothing to do with it:

Indeed any honest appraisal of the history of all the world clearly proves that living by a written codes of laws does not work well in the long run. There is a reason for this. Written codes of law are useless because we cannot legislate the hearts of men. Whether there are laws or not, without Jesus people will ultimately do the wickedness that is in their hearts. If we understand some simple biblical principles in sequence then we can solve the mystery to this riddle:

1- the heart is desperately wicked:

“The heart is deceitful above all things, And desperately wicked; Who can know it?

2- the tongue is led by the heart:

Luke 6:45 New King James Version (NKJV)

45 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.

3- actions are led by the tongue:

4 Look also at ships: although they are so large and are driven by fierce winds, they are turned by a very small rudder wherever the pilot desires. 5 Even so the tongue is a little member and boasts great things. See how great a forest a little fire kindles! 6 And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity. The tongue is so set among our members that it defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire by hell.

So if actions are steered by the rudder of the tongue and the tongue is steered by the heart, then the only way to stop wicked actions is to get the wickedness out of the heart. Only the cross and the blood of Jesus and the yoke-destroying power of the Holy Spirit can do that, outward fleshly attempts to adhere to a superficial written code can never come close. This is why only the gospel and the leading of the Spirit can improve societal things. The laws of man are totally helpless to do so because they can not change the hearts of men. Other than the Lord himself, no one teaches more beautifully on the beauty of living free of law than the most respected prophet Neville Johnson, a man who walks with God like Enoch did, in his message, Living by Laws or Promises.

The ancients did not live by laws but by promises from God. Men like Enoch, who walked right into heaven, Methuselah who lived 969 years, Noah, Job, Abraham the father of the faith, Isaac, Jacob from whom came the twelves tribes of Israel, and Joseph all lived without any written code and did very well in spiritual and earthly matters. The Moses that called down judgments against Egypt and led the Israelites out from there came into his incredible relationship with God without law. Likewise, this government will not include the Old Testament Law, for written codes to follow are not God’s preferred way. God only gave the Law when men were getting so far out of line that they needed some kind of standard to keep some semblance of righteousness but clearly it was not his first choice. Indeed a careful examination of the scripture shows that the System of Judges was already in place in Exodus 18:13-26, before the Law was ever given, beginning in Exodus 20. Thus the scriptures clearly show that God's first choice of a government for his people was the judge system without law. He only gave the Law because he knew the people would refuse to have a relationship where they listened to him and obeyed him. They were familiar with living with laws from their time of bondage in Egypt, a demonic culture.

God is love and governs by love, he wanted a love relationship with Israel, not a sterile one with laws but no relationship. He spoke to the people through Moses and offered to have a relationship with them whereby they each could hear his voice individually and carry on an intimate day by day love relationship with him:

5 Now therefore, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be a special treasure to Me above all people; for all the earth is Mine.

At first when they heard this from Moses they liked the idea:

8 Then all the people answered together and said, “All that the Lord has spoken we will do.” So Moses brought back the words of the people to the Lord.

But when God revealed his awesome power they became afraid of him and withdrew in their hearts from having a listening and obeying relationship with him as he desired to give them. They instead rejected the idea of relationship with God:

18 Now all the people witnessed the thunderings, the lightning flashes, the sound of the trumpet, and the mountain smoking; and when the people saw it, they trembled and stood afar off. 19 Then they said to Moses, “You speak with us, and we will hear; but let not God speak with us, lest we die.” 20 And Moses said to the people, “Do not fear; for God has come to test you, and that His fear may be before you, so that you may not sin.

God had tested them to see if they would receive the better path of relationship with him but they chose the lesser path of law. Even though God did not want to give them laws and offered then intimate relationship with him, because they refused his offer he gave them the law instead. Thus the law was given to them afterwards beginning with the Ten Commandments in Exodus 20. The Israelites did this because after 430 years as slaves in Egypt they had a deeply ingrained spirit of slavery. The apostle Paul clearly taught that slavery and law go hand in hand:

4 But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law, 5 to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons. 6 And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out, “Abba, Father!” 7 Therefore you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.

So it is no surprise that the Israelites chose law rather than relationship and freedom. God allowed this to teach them and us that living by laws would never work but that living by promises will; that living under laws is bondage, curses and slavery but living under promises is freedom, life, blessings, and love. This theme is all through the book of Galatians:

God wants his people to be free! So ever since the Israelites chose laws, bondage, curses and slavery over promises, freedom, life, blessings and love he has been at work to get his people, both spiritual and natural Israel, to get back on track with his plan for government. We can be sure that he will most assuredly succeed. That is why he says he “will restore your judges as AT THE BEGINNING”(Isaiah 1:26).

In this coming, resurrected System of Judges we do not need written laws because God will put his unwritten spiritual laws in our hearts:

But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people."

This prophecy and promise also appears in the New Testament:

For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.

Above all, the fulfillment of this prophecy is the writing of the one law of of love on our hearts, his very nature manifest through us.

This is what he is moving to do now and as that process advances we will not use written laws to govern ourselves anymore but walk in the law of love. We rather will yield to the leading of the Spirit of God, who is Love, and judge matters on the wisdom, discernment and whispers of the Spirit, Love himself, not a written code. There will of course need to be guidelines for certain things, rules if you will, that are agreed upon for mutual benefit: such as how to use the roads, etc. But the use of law and law enforcement as we know it today will be done away with because it is not our Father's highest and best for us. Law enforcement as we know it in America today operates not on love or Holy Fear but on demonic fear: the use of intimidation, the fear of rejection, fear of torment, loss and punishment. The criminal justice system of America today, for the most part, does not care for true justice at all but seeks only to accuse, condemn, enslave and abuse those who fall under the law. Meanwhile the Satanic/Luciferian cult members who control it make copious amounts of money scaring the public into allowing them to treat the 'criminals,' not all of whom truly are criminals, however they want and collect huge numbers of tax dollars to do so. This is as far from godly government and love and justice as one can imagine and laws are fundamental to how the devil and his servants the cult members have done it. God, however, has one simple law for us to follow where if we do so we have no need for extensive written codes: the law of LOVE:

34 But when the Pharisees heard that He had silenced the Sadducees, they gathered together. 35 Then one of them, a lawyer, asked Him a question, testing Him, and saying, 36 “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?” 37 Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”

This is the law by which Jesus lived. And since he did so he was constantly breaking the flawed, fallen, unholy, unloving laws of imperfect men who had created a legal system not by the leading of the Spirit but by their own wills and sometimes the leading of the devil, just as we have now done here in the United States. Surely we all agree that it was not within the legal guidelines of the day for Jesus to take whip and drive all the money changers and livestock out of the temple and overturn all the tables on which they did business. Surely we realize that the Pharisees would have created laws that made it legal for them to do this activity. But God only respects his own one law of love and is not bound to the fallen laws of sinful men that do not reflect his love and so the law of love in Jesus gave him the authority to do what he did:

13 Now the Passover of the Jews was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem. 14 And He found in the temple those who sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the money changers doing business. 15 When He had made a whip of cords, He drove them all out of the temple, with the sheep and the oxen, and poured out the changers’ money and overturned the tables. 16 And He said to those who sold doves, “Take these things away! Do not make My Father’s house a house of merchandise!” 17 Then His disciples remembered that it was written, “Zeal for Your house has eaten[a] Me up.”[b]

The scripture is full of proof that because Jesus walked in love, he had no respect for the flawed laws of men. Another good example is when Jesus made a ruling that is our ultimate example of a loving judging matters by the wisdom of the spirit and not relying on the law when he set free the woman caught in adultery:

And when they had set her in the midst, 4 they said to Him, “Teacher, this woman was caught in adultery, in the very act. 5 Now Moses, in the law, commanded us that such should be stoned. But what do You say?” 6 This they said, testing Him, that they might have something of which to accuse Him. But Jesus stooped down and wrote on the ground with His finger, as though He did not hear. 7 So when they continued asking Him, He raised Himself up and said to them, “He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first.” 8 And again He stooped down and wrote on the ground. 9 Then those who heard it, being convicted by their conscience, went out one by one, beginning with the oldest even to the last. And Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst. 10 When Jesus had raised Himself up and saw no one but the woman, He said to her, “Woman, where are those accusers of yours? Has no one condemned you?”11 She said, “No one, Lord.”And Jesus said to her, “Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more.”12 Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.”

The Law said she was to be stoned but Jesus knew she was repentant so he spared her with his righteous justice, which is so very merciful. Laws are quick to condemn, but the Lord is quick to forgive. Many believe she became one of this best friends. The blindness of the law without the spirit would have caused her death when it was not appropriate. Jesus ruled with wisdom and justice knowing full well the hypocrisy of the men who had brought the woman before him. He knew by the spirit what the Law could never reveal: that they had protected the man she had sinned with and did not present him with her as the Law they pretended to care about required.

Solomon also judged wisely without the Law:

16 Now two women who were harlots came to the king, and stood before him. 17 And one woman said, “O my lord, this woman and I dwell in the same house; and I gave birth while she was in the house. 18 Then it happened, the third day after I had given birth, that this woman also gave birth. And we were together; no one was with us in the house, except the two of us in the house. 19 And this woman’s son died in the night, because she lay on him. 20 So she arose in the middle of the night and took my son from my side, while your maidservant slept, and laid him in her bosom, and laid her dead child in my bosom. 21 And when I rose in the morning to nurse my son, there he was, dead. But when I had examined him in the morning, indeed, he was not my son whom I had borne.” 22 Then the other woman said, “No! But the living one is my son, and the dead one is your son.” And the first woman said, “No! But the dead one is your son, and the living one is my son.” Thus they spoke before the king. 23 And the king said, “The one says, ‘This is my son, who lives, and your son is the dead one’; and the other says, ‘No! But your son is the dead one, and my son is the living one.’” 24 Then the king said, “Bring me a sword.” So they brought a sword before the king. 25 And the king said, “Divide the living child in two, and give half to one, and half to the other.” 26 Then the woman whose son was living spoke to the king, for she yearned with compassion for her son; and she said, “O my lord, give her the living child, and by no means kill him!” But the other said, “Let him be neither mine nor yours, but divide him.” 27 So the king answered and said, “Give the first woman the living child, and by no means kill him; she is his mother.” 28 And all Israel heard of the judgment which the king had rendered; and they feared the king, for they saw that the wisdom of God was in him to administer justice.

So we see that out of wisdom from the spirit of God, Solomon judged matters without using the law to guide him and thus he rendered wise decisions. These rulings were better than they would have been if he had relied on the Law which could never see into the hearts of those who came before Solomon’s court. He did not turn to the written code to influence his discerning of the matter or to render the final decision. He did it by wisdom and discernment that he had out of his relationship with God. Solomon did it under the Old Covenant. So let no one say that only Jesus could do it and let no one say that it is a thing of one covenant or another. It is clearly a pattern that God establishes for all times whenever he can find someone who will walk in it. But we have a better covenant than did Solomon:

But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry, inasmuch as He is also Mediator of a better covenant, which was established on better promises.

Solomon did not live in a time when God was writing his laws on our hearts as we are now as Jeremiah prophesied. So now, we, in the New Covenant, which is better than the old, should be able to do this better than Solomon did. In our time God is writing his laws in our hearts as Jeremiah prophesied and this opens the door for the System of Judges to be resurrected as Isaiah prophesied.

We in America have proven that living by laws does not work, our body of law has grown and grown and things have only gotten worse, that is what law does, it is a never ending cycle of downward spiral. That is why the scripture says God used it as a taskmaster that actually is a curse:

Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law...

Any body of law that is beyond the one simple law of love is not based in love and therefore cannot accomplish love, which is God's nature and goal for us his children, in a culture. Such a body of law therefore is doomed to grow and grow because it can never provide for all the eventualities that can happen. And as the body of law grows the size of the government has to grow to create and enforce the law. The more law the less love, the less love the more oppression, the more oppression the more crime, the more crime the more law and so it goes cycle after cycle spiraling downward into increasing distintegration as we have today. It is a formula for perpetual governmental expansion and the oppression that is inevitable from big government. This is what has happened in America where at the birth of the nation the body of law was a small pamphlet and it now fills rooms. This perpetual growth of law and the bondage it brings is why the enemy, who hates love, loves laws, as is clear again from the scripture:

Shall the throne of iniquity, which devises evil by law, have fellowship with you?

The more we rely on 'our' laws, rather than the one law of love, which does not require volumes of written codes, the more opportunity the enemy has to rule from the throne of iniquity.

Laws actually empower sin and bring death:

The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law.

Romans 6:23

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

God has a better way, the law of love and the government that goes with it. It is a government comprised of loving. Spirit-led men who make decisions based on the leading of the Lord. He leads them to godly and just decisions instead of their blindly following laws that can never predict the nuances of individual situations. The Holy Spirit loves and cares for the people and knows all the details behind every situation and the motivations of the hearts of those who stand before judges for the settling of any case of any kind. He knows whether or not there was malice in an act and if so how much. He knows whether or not there is repentance in the heart of a perpetrator and if so how much. He knows exactly how much damage has been done to the party wronged. He cannot be fooled by an act of someone trying to make it sound worse than it was for purposes of vengeance or monetary gain. He cannot be misled by any false witness or accusation. He is The One who can best render a just decision. So in his Love he will render a truly just verdict as he leads men who know his voice to give it. When there are men who are submitted to his will and full of his love and wisdom, who know his voice and yield to it, then they are the best qualified to judge matters and they must not be tied to laws which can potentially bend their view of the case away from how the Holy Spirit sees it. This is the government that God wants to give us in the times ahead.

The System of Judges is the most efficient and restful government. The scripture shows this clearly: God had sent Jethro, Moses father-in-law, to help Moses create the System of Judges. Jethro’s main concern in its formation was creating a system that was efficient and would not wear out the both people and the men who held the positions of authority:

17 So Moses’ father-in-law said to him, “The thing that you do is not good. 18 Both you and these people who are with you will surely wear yourselves out. For this thing is too much for you; you are not able to perform it by yourself. 19 Listen now to my voice; I will give you counsel, and God will be with you: Stand before God for the people, so that you may bring the difficulties to God.

Having governmental leaders who are at peace and well-rested is essential to their healthful function in serving the needs of the people. This system provides that by creating an authority structure that is balanced and does not overload its members but distributes the burden among them evenly and also gives the people peace:

22 And let them judge the people at all times. Then it will be that every great matter they shall bring to you, but every small matter they themselves shall judge. So it will be easier for you, for they will bear the burden with you. 23 If you do this thing, and God so commands you, then you will be able to endure, and all this people will also go to their place in peace.”

So we see that God designed the System of Judges as his chosen form of government to be energy efficient, providing maximum peace for both the people it serves and for the judges who serve in it. This is the wisdom of a loving Father God providing the best for the children he loves and we would be wise to receive from his hand the best he has to give.

The System of Judges is also financially efficient and does not rob from the wealth of the people to support itself the way that most other modern governments do. Our old republic could never make this claim even in its purest early stages but always relied on the people’s money to operate, although in fairness it was, at least at first, a marked improvement over the robbery that was happening from the British crown. The System of Judges uses established men of God, men of Love, who are spiritually mature. Men like this are well-established in their relationship with God and thus they are safe, financially secure and have no need or interest in gaining financially from their service in government. How opposite is that from our system which relies on the people to pay the salaries of the elected officials. This system has resulted in a government full of corrupt officials who govern largely with the motivation of monetary gain. There is no love in the way we have been doing it. There are no taxes needed to pay the salaries of judges in the System of Judges. Jesus, who is Love and whose motivation and purpose is love, taught that those who are hired for a task are less dependable in the hour of need than those who care about the situation out of love and spiritual maturity and a heart-felt investment in the best interests of those he serves:

But a hireling, he who is not the shepherd, one who does not own the sheep, sees the wolf coming and leaves the sheep and flees; and the wolf catches the sheep and scatters them.

A system that does not pay its authority figures is protected from this kind of corruption. The moral qualities of the men who are selected by God through his prophets to form the System of Judges is evident in Jethro’s instructions:

21 Moreover you shall select from all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them to be rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens.

Men who are more spiritually mature like this can serve the people in love, wisdom and humility without risk of being polluted by the lust for power or wealth or fame. This creates an integrity and stability to the government that no other form of government can produce. But it has to come from God’s selection of the leaders and not from the people’s choice. Our system however does not operate this way but pays hirelings to govern us. This is one of the many glaring weaknesses in our system that needs to be corrected before we can fulfill our destiny. Even a return to the old republic as so many espouse and as will be a necessary stage to our eventual new system will not remove this very serious weakness. There are some, even among our very greatest leaders, who will get really exited or all weepy and sentimental over the idea of the return of the old republic as if it could correct everything but it will not. These soulish displays are more of a manifestation of our national idolatry of ourselves as the perfect government than they are a reflection of God's heart to bring us something much better than we ever had in the old republic.

The scriptures show that the people as a whole do not have the spiritual maturity to make wise decisions in these matters but have certain weak tendencies. There is no part of scripture that demonstrates that the masses do well with these kinds of decisions. Yet our original republican system is built on the reliance on the people as a whole to make good decisions as to who will be their leaders. The account of the Israelites insisting on a king for themselves exposes some basic failures that are normal to fallen man and to the majority of a population in general. Only more spiritually mature people have an adequate relationship with God wherein they feel adequately secure and encouraged. But this is not the norm for the majority and thus the masses tend to operate in a measure of insecurity, weakness and lack of integrity, not wanting to be accountable to be responsible for their own issues. The masses tend to want to choose leaders that will promise what they want whether or not it is morally sound. Then they make the leaders responsible for the issues the culture and society faces rather than being individually accountable to God. This weakness is clearly displayed in the Israelites desire to have a king. Having a king met their unhealthy desire to be like the other ungodly nations around them and to have a leader who would fight their battles for them. This is a condition of fallen and unredeemed man and even of believers who are not adequately spiritually mature:

19 Nevertheless the people refused to obey the voice of Samuel; and they said, “No, but we will have a king over us, 20 that we also may be like all the nations, and that our king may judge us and go out before us and fight our battles.”

So we see that the Israelites behavior is a picture of how the masses tend to act in recalcitrance over issues that they should be accountable for themselves. Republican and democratic systems are replete with this weakness because they are run by the people instead of by mature men of God who take their marching orders from God instead of from the people.

Saul, again, a type of government that is chosen by the people, was lacking in love and had a people-pleasing spirit that was a huge part of his downfall. He did not have a good relationship with God, he was not consistently obedient to God and so he was insecure and was overeager to curry the favor of the people. When he disobeyed God and failed to carry out the full orders of God through Samuel to destroy the Amalekites, God rejected Saul as king, but still, all that Saul cared about was that the people thought of him and that he would be honored in their eyes:

24 Then Saul said to Samuel, “I have sinned, for I have transgressed the commandment of the Lord and your words, because I feared the people and obeyed their voice. 25 Now therefore, please pardon my sin, and return with me, that I may worship the Lord.” 26 But Samuel said to Saul, “I will not return with you, for you have rejected the word of the Lord, and the Lord has rejected you from being king over Israel.” 27 And as Samuel turned around to go away, Saul seized the edge of his robe, and it tore. 28 So Samuel said to him, “The Lord has torn the kingdom of Israel from you today, and has given it to a neighbor of yours, who is better than you. 29 And also the Strength of Israel will not lie nor relent. For He is not a man, that He should relent.” 30 Then he[Saul] said, “I have sinned; yet honor me now, please, before the elders of my people and before Israel, and return with me, that I may worship the Lord your God.”

So we see that when people choose governments for themselves they choose leaders who care more for the favor of the people than they do for the favor of God. This is a disastrous combination that eventually leads the nation away from God as has happened with us. Jesus admonished this attitude of the heart:

42 But I know you, that you do not have the love of God in you. 43 I have come in My Father’s name, and you do not receive Me; if another comes in his own name, him you will receive. 44 How can you believe, who receive honor from one another, and do not seek the honor that comes from the only God?

Putting men in power who are like this, men who seek honor for themselves rather than seeking to love and serve the people selflessly, is a recipe for disaster and brings exactly the opposite of the result from the love God wants from a governmental system for his people. The System of Judges does not have this inherent weakness. Choosing another form of government leads eventually to an oppressive situation that is unbearable for the people:

18 And you will cry out in that day because of your king whom you have chosen for yourselves, and the Lord will not hear you in that day.”

Again, this is exactly what has happened with us. Increasingly, it is the very state of affairs in which we now find ourselves in here in America because we have clung to a loveless form of government that is not of God’s choosing. Today Americans are increasingly crying out in pain under the the heal of the Pharoah that our government has become. And again we need to be honest. If the old republic and the old constitution were so perfect, then they never could have been so easily undermined and disintegrated into the mess we have today. Obviously there was something very wrong with them or this never could have happened.

In the original System or Judges, God had Moses choose the judges, not the people. This is because Moses, as the leading prophet and the meekest, most loving, most spiritually mature man of all the Israelites, full of God’s Spirit, which is love, and wisdom and discernment, was the most capable of making a wise choice as to who was fit to serve. This from-the-top-down formation of the government is an integral necessity to forming a healthy structure. It is exactly the opposite of the system we espouse where the people choose the leaders. The briefest of glances at our condition as a nation today proves how incapable the people are of choosing good leaders in the long run. The morality for our leaders has steadily declined and, as we have already shown, even our original leaders weren’t who we thought they were. Even Abraham Lincoln, as godly as he was in so many ways, allowed his wife to conduct seances in the White House and he was probably our godliest President ever. The fact is, as the story of Israel choosing a king clearly demonstrates the spiritual principle the masses left to their own wishes do not chose wisely for themselves. But God loves us and wants us to be governed by our best and most mature, loving men and he alone, through his anointed prophets, is capable of recognizing who is suitable to the task.

Governments that are departures from the System of Judges will always lack in love and have an element of oppression as the government conscripts natural, human and financial resources to support itself. God is loving and the very opposite of oppressive but instead wants his people to be truly free and blessed. But we see in the scripture that oppression came with Saul who is not just a king, but a type of all non-System-of-Judges governments:

1 Samuel 8:11-18 New King James Version (NKJV)

11 And he said, “This will be the behavior of the king who will reign over you: He will take your sons and appoint them for his own chariots and to be his horsemen, and some will run before his chariots. 12 He will appoint captains over his thousands and captains over his fifties, will set some to plow his ground and reap his harvest, and some to make his weapons of war and equipment for his chariots. 13 He will take your daughters to be perfumers, cooks, and bakers. 14 And he will take the best of your fields, your vineyards, and your olive groves, and give them to his servants. 15 He will take a tenth of your grain and your vintage, and give it to his officers and servants. 16 And he will take your male servants, your female servants, your finest young men,[a] and your donkeys, and put them to his work. 17 He will take a tenth of your sheep. And you will be his servants. 18 And you will cry out in that day because of your king whom you have chosen for yourselves, and the Lord will not hear you in that day.”

So we see how governments that do not hold to the System of Judges pattern have no love for God or the people but become predatory as they require resources from the land and people to operate and sustain themselves. Since the creation of our republican system our government has steadily grown bigger and bigger as the body of law has grown and freedom has steadily been lost such that now both are totally out of control. At the beginning of our national history the entire body of law could be printed in a small pamphlet but now it takes a small library to hold all the regulations for every local municipality not the mention the ever-expanding state and federal codes. That is inevitable when laws are used to govern the people. Thus we can clearly see how this has happened to our nation because we have had a system that is not true to the Judges System pattern for government.

However, the scriptures show that the System of Judges does just the opposite. Samuel, who is a type of true, godly government as prophet, priest and judge, never took anything from anyone:

3 Here I am. Witness against me before the Lord and before His anointed: Whose ox have I taken, or whose donkey have I taken, or whom have I cheated? Whom have I oppressed, or from whose hand have I received any bribe with which to blind my eyes? I will restore it to you.” 4 And they said, “You have not cheated us or oppressed us, nor have you taken anything from any man’s hand.” 5 Then he said to them, “The Lord is witness against you, and His anointed is witness this day, that you have not found anything in my hand.” And they answered, “He is witness.”

Thus we see again the great foolishness of the people walking in that spirit of choosing a government for themselves that is not the System of Judges: they rejected a structure that did not steal from them or oppress them in any way and in its stead they chose a government that did. It was a horrible and self-destructive trade. In Samuel they had a leader who loved God and loved the people and laid down his life to serve them. But Israel chose a king who cared only to look good in eyes of the people and not God and did not care for them as God desires a leader to do. That is the state we are in as a nation and will continue to be in until we repent for our idolatry of the American form of government and submit to God’s plan to restore the System of Judges for us.

Again, let us revisit the prophecy on which our hope lies. God said he would restore the System of Judges:

Isaiah 1:26 New King James Version (NKJV)

I will restore your judges as at the first and your counselors as at the beginning. Afterward you shall be called the city of righteousness, the faithful city.

Again, the original Judges System had no law so therefore if God is going to restore us to how it was with the judges "at the beginning" then obviously there will be no laws really but the law of love, only reliance on the leading of the Spirit, who is Love.

Again, I hope all true believers in America wish that as a nation we could become a “city of righteousness, the faithful city.” And again, since we have the prophetic word of how God desires to return his people to his chosen form of government we need to pray it in from heaven and move toward it by faith, agreeing with what God has spoken he will do. One of the biggest parts of our doing this is adequately repenting of idolizing our history and our form of government as if it were perfectly the will of God when clearly there has been much that was not attributable to him and for which we need to turn away.

God wants to rip up the tares and harvest the wheat. As the body of Christ in America, it is absolutely necessary for us to embrace this attitude of repentance, Cry Out For America, repent for being a Rosicrucian Nation, and the take on a new vision from heaven and begin to turn from our wicked ways and pray the new vision out of heaven and into earth right here where we need it so desperately. May we all be found to be obedient in that calling.
